it seems to me like there are still some errors some have to go away

when you have instell the the script and call
jokefactory.php

you get this error

Invalid SQL: SELECT * FROM jokes ORDER BY joke_id LIMIT
mysql error: You have an error in your SQL syntax near '' at line 1

mysql error number: 1064

Raven: It needs a number after the LIMIT.

Wolfe: I managed to get this hack working however when a joke is submitted it just arbiturarily just cuts the joke off about half way into it so the jokes look really dumb.

d00d's sorry about all these errors v1.5 is nearly done and i am fixing bugs and a new layout for the jokes has been made and i am adding extras like page nav if i can figure it out and Rating. but when vertion 2.0 comes out it will have all these plus categories and extras i wil linfom you all when its fully bug free and working...

Just a question. Why should somebody install this hack? I have my jokes running in its own forum. What does this give me that the vBulletin forum does not?

well d00d no one is forcing you to install this hack its just an option addition to vB's great forums but if you do add it then you jokes will have there own area and it will have rating the lot...

note this version still contains bugs which i am currently fixing so if you don't want to install it then don't but if you do then feel free...

I did not mean it as an insult. I just want to make sure that this hack has something in it that I would not get from using a forum. I do not see a point in installing something unless I can get hat feature nowhere else.

Can users post jokes using this hack? Or is it admins only?
