Does this not like GZIP compression or something? I tested it out, and while it seemed to work I didn't get any pages, just garbled nonsense the whole time.

Ok have installed this bad boy and it works like a charm!! One of the coolest way to ban someone!! :D
Ive tested it with the account of my girlfriend and gave it up after 5 min. of loading-loading-error-loading-loading....

Any way to be able to set this in the usergroups, too, as well as by individual users?

I gave this a try and gave up trying to login to my board. It definitely works. ;)
