It was not a scam, I got a co-brand free and am more than satisfied with it. What I like about it is if there is a problem or if I have a question all I have to do is log on the IM and they are almost always on.

Regarding the removal of the buttons, if you go to the website and log into your co-brand admin. previously you had a column of buttons and had little control over them, now you add the buttons and the URLs that fit your individual needs.

For those whining... My kid new before she was 4 years old, pouting and whining gets you ignored, respect usually gets you what you want. If you showed them the same maturity level you are showing here, you got what you deserved...nothing.
