You can have a forum where users can only see their own threads, will that help?

That's actually what I am doing in the meantime. It's a nice and simple approach it's just not what I want to eventually get to.

If the forum had a way for them to have to enter certain fields. That would be better. Kind of like if you need to make a post in a certain forum it has 10 fields you have to fill in to finish the post or something like that.

Thanks though... That's why I like this forum, whilst you might not always be able to get what you're looking for exactly people are willing to help most of the time.
