It is a special page that is created for IE. After visiting http://www.google.com/google.reg and adding this file to the registry, when you click on "Search" button on IE toolbar, you see that page on the left.

Chen, you need to "Save target as..." and then double click the file once saved locally.

Naw it didn't work. I did a release-renew though so it's ok now. Looks good, thanks for the tip. :D
