Also FTR, there was a post in that thread by myself that shows a simpler way to do it. And my way is compatible with 2.2.x as well. jjj0923, I'm sorry your request wasn't answered more promptly, but you should have been able to find the existing version by simply searching for "thread start date", as I did to find the link to that thread.

In my simpler version, you do not need to perform the first step from 69-FLy-gUy's or nuno's version, which is a query edit. My version is attached to this post.

Hack was simple to install, I did make a little change on the template

replace / with {}

<font color="/timecolor/"> instead of white, so you can control the color from the color menu

align="right"> wanted to have it on the right.


Now the thing I still need to do, I want to sort my threads on start date and not on lastreply date, any ideas how I can do that ???
