Nevermind, I just found the other thread that has this hack...but with a confirmation screen as well.

My Mods and Sen Mods are resrticted to delete post, mass prune, and mass move. If theres something bad, they will move it to the trash forum, and an admin will review it for deletion. Just the way i like it personally, can't put to much trust into someone. lol
