There is no way to do that, it was kept to four so it would not interfere with any other navbar functionality.

ozzy47 You're a good developer, please make a good mod vbslider for the main forum vb4.2.2 to display images from the thead, video and resize it all under one size only hope left for you!

I'd like to be able to add a button for switching the Forum Skin Stlye in the navbar rather than having to go to the bottom of the page. Anyone know how to do that???

I think that should be easy enough, what version of vB are you running?

Ok I will look into it when I get a chance, maybe tomorrow. It is going to be something simple like adding it to the Navigation Manager manually. :)
