Does It work without manual Template edit on 4.1.10 ?

You mean on a Custom Template right? It works an any Template and on almost all vBulletin Versions! So go for it mate.. Good luck

New Update: I just INSTALLED IT AGAIN to see if it really is not working, but it worked the first time as it always did for me.. I have installed it on many vBulletin 4.2 versions! LP2 and LP3!

I just installed and its working fine. It would have been so good it it can replace the Vbulletin login box.
