I was able to make this work in vBulletin 5.1.1 by modifying upload/core/packages/usergrouplegend/api/template.php with the following changes:

Change the function name bulk_fetch to fetchBulk
Change all references to widget_9 to widget_onlineusers

That should do it for you. Hope that helps! :)

should bring up a list of all installed products, on the right there should be a drop down box, find uninstall there

Should note, that if it does uninstall from there, then you need to remove any files that came with the mod.

Hi,
At my side in vb 5.1.5. it is not showing in who is online.
I uploaded required files already and the settings are show up but the legend is not visible still.

im using vBulletin 5.1.7 ..

im not seen usergroup on forum
