In my current web host I don't experience that problem.
It may take few days till I find host that I can reproduce the problem there.

The issue doesn't related to the ajax part of the mod.
User from here gave me access to his forum and I saw that vboptions variable is empty from some reason.
Since vboptions hold the refresh time setting for the chat mod - the chat stuck in loading.

All I need is web host where I can work, since I don't have the issue in my host and local server.

Just to note, the ajax setting you attached in your message no longer works in vB5 and probably will be removed soon.

I can confirm the 'Loading' problem. Using HostGator. I'll contact you.

RellecT has been working on trying to figure it out on my site most of the morning. Hope he has a solution soon.

I've found the problems and I'm working to fix.
I already fixed the problem of the auto-install and now it works.
Just need to fix the loading issue.
