I installed everything, but can't seem to get it to appear on my forum.

Did you configure the usergroup permissions to give yourself access to viewing it?

In the who's online when a member goes to the VBSignatures page it shows

Unknown Location
/forum/vbsignatures.php

Am I just missing a setting or something should it not show differently other than unknown location.

Due to a logistical error, the previous version was branded as v1.0.2 (a bugfix update) instead of v1.1.0 (feature update). We feel that the Signature Rotation feature is big enough to warrant a bump to v1.1.0.

The discovery of a design flaw in the mod that was not exposed until now that prevented the Signature Rotation from working properly presents us with an opportunity to correct this.

i have a question, is there a way i can change the images...well i know how to change them but change the location and such so when finish it ends up looking like this

You can inspect the parts images in the package to find out how the overlay system works, then create your own graphics for use with the mod :)
