Yes I agree friends should be the only option.
Now being able to put friends into different lists now that would be something...

Doesnt work for me,using 4.18.Ive looked at a freinds profile,no tab there

Be sure that you actually have mutual friends with the user that you view his profile.
remember that mutual friends are friends that you have in common with the user you are viewing his profile.

the block and the tab are automatically hidden if you don't have mutual friends with the user that you view his profil.

I'm mean to users that they friends of yours and friends of the user that you are viewing his profile.
in every user profile you will see other mutual friends because it depends on the user you are viewing his profile
but if there is no mutual friends, the block will be invisible
