Thanks again but a bit of difficulty...

I just switched my top right banner from a static banner to GIF and, even though they are both the same size, the new banner shoves my left menu (Website) down as can be seen in the picture...

You have two links in that navtab:

Only one <a> per <li> or you get what you are now seeing.

I am sorry but I dont understand. I only see one link to the link and one ref to the graphic. Here is the html:

How weird. Firebug is showing that there, so my guess is that top one is from an unclosed tag you have.

Yep - this is the correct syntax for that (you didn't close the image tag):
