From the original instructions:

In the replacement code look for 2 instances of "4x4" - you need to change BOTH of them to "6x6" ;)

Nice Idea, I have tried this but users come to the site and are asked to log in to the puzzle site first.....not sure if this is something in the setup.

It might be something they do for new puzzles. On my site old puzzles still seem to work- http://www.juot.net/forums/showthread.php?t=70406
