Move to Recycle Addon Is Missing On 1 Skin. Im wondering why, and is there any help?

Are you not suppose to be able to give permissions to certain forums so you can have recyclers for certain forums?

I've created another recycle bin and tried to set permissions on the 'Set Special Forum' area.
And it does not remember the forums I select when I go back in to the 'Set Special Forum'.

Anyone explain why or if I am misunderstanding how this works?

vbulletin 4.1.2 - no pm is being sent when "move to recycle" is executed :(

sorry was my mistake, i moved one of my own topics to recycle and therefor i did not get a pm, which makes sense. tested it with other mod and works fine :)
