you can manually create the ad space on the top menu so you can add the ad code to the top of the header template code.

hmm, now.. fixed is a theme, posts and p.m. separate codes were used. postbit template in "if / else" as a code consists of 2 parts.. okey.. arrangements will be made! you have to be here in 2 parts ..

I've actually created a default vBulletin theme! i did not need the extra visuals :) then i think you might need extra images, PSD files like all the buttons i added :/ it can handle files in you :)

I keep having problems installing it for some reason.

for vBulletin 3.8.5 version...
