I am having trouble installing this.

Don't we just import the XML file and drag and drop the "High Slide Folder" on our forum root? Or do I have to place the contents of the High Slide Folder in specific areas?

Import .xml file the upload highslide folder in your forum root dir "so it should be /vbroot/highslide/"

Just remove "warning.gif" you will found it in "highslide/warning.gif"
