Yes, You can do this simply from any HTML Editor (like Frontpage...etc)

Hello,

You can design any box for this Mod just design it with any HTML Editor and then put the JS Code Inside it.

That's all can be done from Front Page or sharepoint .....etc any HTML Editor can do that.
