What the hell is this Mike!

You are the second person recently I have entrusted with my Themes and yet again I find my trust was mis-placed.
You no-longer have my consent to release ANY of my old vbulletin skins, I expect you to remove this release forthwith and cease any future actions with my skins.
For anyone wanting this Skin in the future I am setting up a new vbulletin skin site, this and all of my other vbulletin skins will be available there.

It seems that person has been leading people astray, turns out that Mike had offered to install this Theme on his site for a FEE, which of course I have no problem with.
So everyone knows, I am allowing Mike to continue with releasing this Theme.
