Is their a tutorial, how to properly add links to that menu. I am a complete noob on how to do such things. Thanks

All my links sit below the bar for the most part.

I have FAQ, communiity, calendar, new posts, search, quick links, logout.
I don't know what, to put in their. Sorry i have no clue what the links are or what to put it in.

First of all THANKS, sofia, i like all of you styles.

The bottom box extends past the top one , i fixed this before but forgot how. Anyone with ideas from anyone ?
