What do you mean? Theres nothing in vB which allows you to watermark images.

No thats all you need to do with that folder. Thats where the new watermarked images are stored.

Once you have done that you can use the BB Code

Ive tested it on a number of .png and .gif images and didn't notice anything wrong. Could you give me more details on what images to tested it on so I can try to improve :)
