I was just introduced to this. Is it still being supported/updated? It sounds useful for inactive members. Does it also reduce so members are remove from group promotion?

That mod still works with vBExperience 3.8.3 and 3.8.4. Yes, it reduces points so that group promotions are active.

Installed this (Plugin is active), did a recount and a user with an activity of 0% (inactive 4 months) was awarded the Frequent Poster award. Any suggestions?

Frequent Poster Award is using posts per day, not activity.

Right, I was just thinking that inactive members wouldn't be included or at least wouldn't be considered #1 with this mod. I just saw that you updated your mod to fix some activity bugs. That might end up making this do what I expected.

I saw someone asking for an update with no response so am I to assume that we should not download this if we are using xperience the Best point system in the game!
