this is freaking me out, how do you add a poll and options with this?

Very nice mod, installed and working first time on 3.8.0.

1. You need to fix the sidebar login box.
2. Please put an option to exclude page i.e. register.php online.php (for those who choose to show sidebar on all pages)
3. Add an option to show latest threads for all forums. (for those who has 40/50 forums)
4. Add an option to show latest post (the last post option) as well.
5. Add an option to show latest polls for all forums. (for those who has 40/50 forums)
6. Add an option to exclude forum id for both latest thread/post/poll.

Just one suggestion:

The sidebar should start beneath the threadlisting and not beneath the new thread and the forum page navigation.
