Installed and nothing is showing up.

This is the third time I have tried to install this with no luck whatsoever.

Did everything listed and nothing.

ooooh this is cool thanks i have installed and using it

one thing though you forgot to mention to change the fieldi to the field number of your playlist ;) thats how i got this working ;)

i am having some trouble my members cant see there mp3 but i as admin can what is the problem there

forget that i worked it out there are alot of things missing in this that are vital for the player to work:( like the user id that are allowed to view and use it which i did in the plugins options

Hello, i've sent a PM to the mod owner, but well, never mind, i already figured out how to make it work with the new playlists.

1.- go to the template memberinfo_block_playlist
2.- find:

You'll see a < / div> at the end of that code, DON'T REMOVE IT.

3.- replace with:

Remember:
$userinfo[fielda] = playlist ID field
$userinfo[fieldb] = Playlist color


Ok, thats all what you have to edit, but now it will be different to post the playlist code, please read carefully!!

* Now the playlist id will look like this:

WHY?
Because playlist.com changed the code, i'll explain how you can get your playlist ID.

1* login: http://www.playlist.com/user/login
2* go to " My Playlists", the link is at the TOP of the site
3* On the right side of the page you'll see " Quick Links: ", go to
"Put your playlist on MySpace" link.
4* Select option E !
5* Select your playlist
6* Ok, this part will depend on how you want to config the playlist ( vBulletin side ):
The code i gave you has the next settings:
-Autostart: yes
-Shuffle songs: no
-Custom skin: no
-Color: pickable

If you want to change some settings on the config ( vB side ) you'll have to be carefully when putting the FIELDS in the correct place.

Ok, lets imagine that you will use the code i provided you. You can choose any setting you want on the config of your playlist because it wont make effect because the configuration is in the vBulletin side !

7* click GET CODE
8* Look for: 'loadplaylist.php?'
9* After loadplaylist.php? you'll see your playlist ID, which has to look like this:
' playlist=58229194&t=1233504198 '

Thats what you have to put in the profile field Playlist ID, exactly as i show you, dont add or remove anything or it wont work.

Actually it didn't work until I changed this in the memberinfo_block_playlist:

to:

field9 is my playlist ID field number...

But yeah, spent a good time messing around wondering why the heck it wasn't working until that change.

ALSO...For the Playlist ID field you need to change the Field Length from 25 to 50 or your ID will get chopped off...
