The guest message and Never posted message both show up to guests on mine? How can I solve this, I use 3.8.0

Doublecheck the notices manager and look to see if the criteria is logically setup to each message.

The requested URL /forums/forums/register.php does not exist.

Edit the notices message where the error is showing up to contain the proper url to your forums.
