Yes, it does work on blog and PM too.

Lets see if i got this correctly:

(1) Go to AdminCP, then to Plugins & Products, then Manage Products, then
(2) Add/Import Product file product-QREToolbars.xml
(3) Go to Styles & Templates, then to Download / Upload Styles, then
(4) Import Style XML File QREToolbars-style.xml
a. Merge Into Style - pick any existing style
b. Select (click checkbox) Ignore Style Version
(5) press Import button
