I don't understand how to upload this style. I'm new to VBulletin, and I've never changed the style, so bear with me please!

OK, so I uploaded the folder to my server, but I'm not sure if I did it correctly. Your instructions in the ZIP file say to upload to the images>style directory, but I don't have a "style" folder; I only have the other ones within the images folder. So, what I did is I uploaded the folder directly to the images folder, and then imported the XML product normally. It recognizes the style, and it's very colorful to be sure, so I know I did something right, but for some reason, I can't set it up with any icons/images. I have no logo, and no status icons of any kind on any page.

Also, how do I set style "Christmas" to be the default style, and make everyone use that style?

If you dont have a styles folder you make one called styles and then load the folder christmas_2008 files to it.

So you probably have forum/images
Make a folder so you will have forum/images/styles
So when the files are added - forum/images/styles/christmas_2008

To set the style so everyone uses it.

Go to admincp > vbulletin options> style and language settings > default style - you should see a drop down menu, select the style you want and then save it.
