People hate on Dreamhost a lot, and I think a lot of it is undeserved. I use DreamHost for my vB site and I've never had an issue with it. But here's the thing about DH: its awesome for smaller sites; if you try to run something where you have thousands of users, DH probably isn't for you. Its perfect otherwise though, and I have nothing but positive things to say about them.

One question, Owned means you can run vB forever without paying for anything but upgrades and hosting. Am I correct?
