There's no solution because I can't figure out what is wrong. You have issues with styles other than mine, as well. I have no idea what to do because I don't know what the problem is.

In your AdminCP >> Forums & Moderators >> Forums Manager you can edit your forums.

Your problem is that you have these forums at the top level (no parent) of your forums so edit your forums and select a "Parent Forum" for each one. Simply create a parent forum and set that partent as a "CATEGORY" by setting "Act as Forum" to NO!

Some styles require this to look correct and it will make life easier for you if you try to establish special permissions for parts of your site. Now, I didn't reconfigure my site to verify this is your issue but it looks like that is your problem to me too!
