I'm a newbie to the VB forum scene, Only started in September :o

I have a super mod and a site helper and about 70 members on our Business forum, 'bout right i think??

Threads: 2,946, Posts: 6,091, Members: 285

I have 5 staff members helping me all together.

13 active moderators, 2 admins and some developers for 50K members and 300K readers monthly. 1500 banned members, since we installed vbulletin in 2005.
We review and moderate everything that is posted in forum, blog, image gallery, wiki, etc...

I need staff members but couldn't find anywhere.

With 570 members, there should be some reasonable people in there. Look for the ones who actually give advice instead of taunting new people, then ask them privately if they want to work for free.

Worked for me for ages.

Thanks. Actually many people ask me that they wanted to become mod,but they don't know anything about it.
I am still searching for a mod with a good knowldge of technology. Hope i can find one here;)
