Anyways, I'd love to see something like the vBulletin.org MOD area. The MOD system is okay, I just like this one better. :)

Is there a timeline of such rather than (when we can get around to doing it response) for the upgrading of vbulletin.org?

I have a suggestion. Members pooling together to hire a dedicated person who constantly updates and maintains vb.org. Obviously, jelsoft would need to pass this. I'm wondering how many members would pool together for a dedicated maintenance/developer for the org. Maybe that would be best posted at .com.

hum,your suggestion would mean that we have to kick the actual staff who are not upgrading the site?!

vb.org is not a showroom for the latest version, so i don't see why they would focus on updating. the goal is the chat and release of addons/hacks... we could even use phpBB as a forum and the result would be the same, we would chat and release vbulletin hacks anyway.

as for updating this site to the latest version, having the latest version is good but I don't care much

as for the old "let the community take care of vb org" discussion I will say however I would like to see Jelsoft hiring people to take care of the coding of this site (no need to hire 100 moderators as this site requires) which is the hard part of the job. tried posting this at vb.com but topic was closed and I was yelled at. but whatever *sigh* I was just passing by this forum and I don't care that much.

it should be downgraded to vb 2.x
