Maybe you need to copy the button into the images-directory of your style...

This comes very close to a wiki system. Are you planning to further develop this to a wiki? Many people are waiting for a wiki addon.

Hm, somehow. What we are planning to try is to include a function which gives restrictions to users or even usergroups for specific entries. That would mean, that either the complete community can work on one entry or only a few people who were 'selected' by the author of the entry (well, of coz the mods/admins can do this aswell).

Actually we work on the bug fixes and some special stuff like vbcms-modules for example. While bugfixing we try to includes the wishes we're getting for that addon.

I hate to be thick, but since the example is in German, I'm not sure if this is what I think it is.

Is this a mod to create a glossary of commonly used terms on the board? And is it self-maintained by the users of the board like a Wiki would be?

As an example. Someone would add "ROFL" and then explain what it meant?

Or am I missing this completely?

Thanks for sharing. I was going to use thegeeks product to do something very similiar to this, and I might just use yours now. thanks.

Can you please provide an importer for this hack?
