postbit_legacy shows how :)

When a user joins, they are given a choice of usergroup to go into. This is done on registration.

For some reason, although it puts them into the usergroup they choose, it sets them as a "Junior Member" until I click "Update User Titles and Ranks"

Naturally I can't keep doing that.

I don't have any plug ins installed and I edited the scheduled task to run every 10 minutes but it's not affecting it.

Is there anything else I can do?

I don't know but this will create confuse to Users
