thanks zero and the wow-base-xxx.gif files you dont have to edit due to i have them fixed on one image for the wotlk style the only way i could get it to work in the wotlk
|
Yeah, now if this style actually WORKED it'd be nice. Forum owners shouldn't have to follow 500 steps, or even 10 to get their style working, and they certainly shouldn't have to rename anything.
I'm not sure what's going on here, but, at least with VBSEO, this style, not working at all. |
ok this style does work cause i am acctually using it on my forums.
the reason you have to go through all those steps is to make your forums look as blizzlike as possible which means they are trying to make it look like the forums at worldofwarcraft.com i dont use seo so that may be y this style doesnt work with vbseo i think it has something to do with the htaccess file that vbseo uses if anyone wants to take up fixing this let me know |
fixed even more style issues. If you need the whole package in one file easily labeled with all items that need uploading in an upload folder you can download it from the downloads page of my support forums http://www.descendantshq.org/downloads.php registration is not required to download

Get to know vbulletin omg lol, its not that complicated to simply just FOLLOW a readme!!! If you do not like modding, what about using an original skin?. Now if you actually started thi*ing it WOULD be nice!? @tuaguild. Good job so far. if you put my guide about the images into your readme, please do credit me for it. |
na it is paybas' readme from the old version i just added the stuff for the wotlk style but the wow-base images are set in stone due to i could not alternate them per forum in the style sheets still working on that one

fixed slight style problem with forum nav menu inside forums
|
In your readme you mention how to put the /css, /images/, and /js folders in the root shared with your /forum within public_http. My problem is that my forum is located in the base root right after public_http.
Example: /public_http/admincp/ What is the best way to fix this? |
