Because you have to add them.

To put legend under userlist:

Open the xml file in an editor.

Find:

Code:

$activeusers = ''.$activeusers2 .' '. $activeusers;

Replace with:

Code:

$activeusers = $activeusers .' Legend:'. $activeusers2;

And then reimport the product of course.
