As for the double nav bars, you can add it if you revert the navbar template.

wow...i uploaded everything and alot of things are missing. maybe i did something wrong?

Mrdby, remove the very top navigation bar code and it will work just fine, it's impossible to have the very top navigation bar and the and the normal navbar together as all the drop down menus and the drop down arrow will be pushed to the top navigation bar :)
