i cant get this to display in my postbit
ive tried selecting default location and alternative location and it still dont show any ideas how i can get it to show in the postbit? and how do i see the activity statistics page showing top 25 users? thanks |
Make sure that your postbit has the template hooks in it. Custom styles, especially for older versions may not have them. This mod requires the following lines in your postbit or postbit_legacy template, depending on which you use:
$template_hook[postbit_userinfo_left] $template_hook[postbit_userinfo_right] $template_hook[postbit_end] If your postbit template doesn't have these and you don't know where to put them, you can add $WWU002_rankblock under the username and $WWU002_statblock under the postcount to add the stuff for this mod manually. With the manual mods, none of the postbit controls in the options will work, however. To see the activity statistics page, go to the Activity Top Activity Page section in the options and make sure the top two options are set to yes, then click the "Stats" link in the navbar. If your navbar doesn't have template hooks, the url will be like http://zelaron.com/forum/index.php?do=activitystat but with the path to your forum index. You'll need to manually put it somewhere. I highly recommend that you update your style/get a style that has template hooks, as I suspect most vb3.7 mods will require them. |
i cant get it working id be greatful if you can come on the icq account listed on your profile
thanks |
Installed but nothing happens... the activity folder is in the misc dir... using 3.7 Beta 4
|
Did you check to see if it shows on the vBulletin default style?
|
Yes... also not showing.
|
Installed not showing read the install guide and asked questions does not work on default or any style for that matter please advise. Version vB 3.7 rc4

I'm writing up a diagnostic routine that will be part of beta2 later tonight. Hopefully that will help me find the problem.
|
beta2 posted. I think I found the bug that was causing most of you problems. If you're still having problems, visit the Activity Maintenance page (in the Maintenance group in the AdminCP -- you may need to force refresh), perform the Configuration diagnostic, and get the output to me.
