Very useful mod!

Do you have to register to submit a ticket? Is it possible to let guests submit tickets and requiring them to input capture and email address (twice, to avoid typos). Some people might have problems with registration, so allowing guests to submit tickets would be helpful.

Paul just wondering is possible to redirect a ticket to a different user which isn't an Admin?
