Before I install - the cron job that runs every 10mins - will this have an impact on performance/server load ?

1500users online currently posting away - so concerned a 10min run cron may impact.

It calculates every 10 minute only users that posted since the last 10 minutes. I have boards running with 400 active users and no heavy impact on server load. It has to be tested with 1500 users....

Would be great to know performance on such a big board. Don't forget to do a maintenance/recount after importing level product (I assume you take huge?) - this could take some time if you have some users. On a DUAL Xeon 2.4 GHZ with 4 GB RAM and 12k users it took around 20 minutes.

Yeah just saw that - gonna wait till quiet spell - probably AM UK time tomorrow...currently got a busy spell....
