My server has about 100 accounts on it (shared hosting) and rarely do we go over 0.5 (mind you this is a small Pentium D 3.0GHZ Dual Processor w. 2GB ram)

:eek: Now that would be useful in my house :) I seemed to have lowered the load by using a different chatbox system :confused:

generally; lowering the load starts with looking where the load is coming from :)
