We've got a couple of moderators who are certified judges for the TCG. They seem to enjoy it, even if they don't discuss it too much. A friend of mine played it for a minute, and went back to Vs more full time. I'm currently fashioning some post icons and smileys for the forums. Even if it's dead, I'd figure I'd better at least try to cultivate a useful area for it.

World of Warcraft TCG is really fun. The VS snobs love to complain about it because it isn't easy enough but it's really worth playing if you have some pals who like card games. But just like Blizzard, you have to have a lot of cards haha.

I haven't got into it because it looked so much like VS to me. I even noticed that some of the operational symbols, like activate, are using the same images (both games are by Upper Deck Entertainment). Generally, when I try a new game it will be because of the dissimilarities with whatever games I've already played. I think that may be why I still haven't gotten into Magic (same R&D team as VS), but I was really drawn to UFS for it's pure uniqueness. If I had learned Magic first, I may have not gotten into VS, or at least, as easily.

You are 1 of the lucky ones. Some people can do just a little coke once or twice a year. Most people are not so lucky.

I only know 3 people that play and they come to close to being recluse. I know 3 is not a big example. I just believe it, as other online gaming, is a social hinderence.

Um, Superheros? Villians? Cards that make you say "Shazam!" as part of a payment power? What's not great about that? :D

Coke is a bit more then a social hindrance, don't you think? Gaming is a matter of will. True, some have little willpower to resist. But it's still a matter of choice whether to overindulge or not. It's not a chemical demanding your body go back for more.

Just an FYI, I don't just play to grind out levels. Be friendly and I will be friendly back! WoW is an awesome game and not for idiots.
