All you have to do is place the template big_translation and move it into your navbar...

There are still many bugs in this. It also logs you out occasionally when switching. I am going to uninstall until it's fixed. Would be great for one of my sites though if it worked properly... seeing the site in japanese is a trip though...lol

How can I acces to the pannel, I installed but not even the admin can see it a DB error and I`m the onlyone to enter.

There is a demo a few posts back, this is a great hack although i aint installed as it appears to have the same issues as a previous translator hack i tired!!

Shame though, it does appear to work up to a certain extent!! Well done that man :D
