It's possible the readme of templates is in english too ?

Another ideias:
1. maybe the 'tips' can be show only in some forums [forumID x, y, z]
2. a option [following 1.] - show in forumhome [yes] [no]
3. a cron turn on/off - example: only on mondays turn ON. etc.

Great mod....got it working real quick on all areas of my site (CMPS, eFiction, Forum,)

I think for the welcome header suggestion that could be integrated into a template edit

ie (and forgive me for being general here...I do not know the variables off the top of my head)
