snobird, no need to worry about a lawyer, our insurance is paying off the vehicle, my wife is going after pain and suffering and then the insurance company is going after the owner of the car to get their money plus what they pay out for pain and suffering.

Ziki, doesn't surprise me, stupid flash goes off no matter what. LOL

hey steve pain and suffering is what i went for and i actaually got almost 30 grand extra plus a barnd new car insurance tried to not give me much money at all and alot of lawyer onlt atke 30 percent and u dont pay unless they win

but its just an idea cause insurance company dosent wanna pay and thts the honest turth they want all the money they can so they try to sign u off as cheap as possible

You'll get more money for P&S if you hire a lawyer... just having a lawyer the insurance company will pay more.

And yeah some of those drivers down in Misery are maniacs!! ;)

cashpath, yeah I'm making sure my wife knows all the options. 30 grand right now plus a brand new car would be great.

my wife had a broken ankle and some cuts and bruisise, i head a head injury and a sprained back muscle

Yeah my wife got a head injury, sprained back muscle, bruised knees, legs, and hand, her chest even hurt for a few days.

I got a lawyer in my area I used for my wreck when I drove a school bus. We will talk to them if necessary.
