Is there a way that users can search for a certain event in a calendar by month, by location, etc?

No this is only admin side

But, what if they put the following:

- City
- State
- Date - but a range would be better

I guess it would pull up on search, I just wish there was an easy way to to do it by certain parameters.

in the cpnav_zh_eventman.xml change calendars_and_moderators to calendars, so it looks like this:

Quote:

<navgroup phrase="calendars" permissions="canadmincalendars" displayorder="70">
then it will appear under the calendars nav menu in the ACP

There is no "calendars_and_moderators" navgroup, which is why it is showing up with the *[

attached is the edited file

Great Mod!! I Liked a lot the Results!! :up::up::up:

:confused: Do you have this same Mod, to be Used by the Forumers of a Community via the Interphase of the Forums?? :confused:

I saw that the Mod allows the Administrators to see this Information, but would be Great to Allow some Usergroups to Query that Information of the Calendar via the Forums Page, perhaps a File events.php that Access the Information of the Calendars and allow the Users to Consult what they Want (the same options that the Admin Calendar Events has are the Ones needed)!! :rolleyes:

The Information in the Calendar is OK but Not Easy to Consult if you're lookig for an Event with some words in the Title, or in the Content, so to Apply this Mod to the Use of the Forumers (certaing Usergroups defined via Admin Control Panel), would Help a lot to those Forumers looking for that Specific Information in the Calendar!! :rolleyes: ;)

My Best Regards, I Hope that this Idea Can be Done!! ;)

:)
