Or you can make rounded corners the old fashioned css way without using images

Nice tutorial, but for making rectangular shapes, I use the rounded rectangle. Saves a bunch of steps! Your point on using the technique for non-rectangular shapes is noted.

Very easy in PSP. Just use the "rounded rectangle" in your selection tool. This is of course in PSP 7. (My fav of all PSP versions)
