As the error says, you need to install event attendance and event forums first... If you have the plugin installed, try upgrading it.

I have it installed but still get this error.

Since the error refers to the event forums hack I'd recommend reinstalling that as well. Something with that plugin isn't registering with the system properly, sometimes removing and uninstalling can fix things.

I have the event Forum and Event Attendance working on the site and they both work but when I add this to the mix they still work and it functions but I get errors. Here is a screen shot, any ideas?

If I'm understanding, you had the Event Forums hack running without problems and "Farcaster's Event Attendance" running as well, but when you added in this bridge-mod, then you have this problem?

Yes. I disabled this and I don't get the errors. I look in the phrase manager and they are there.
