Sorry bout that I forgot to add in the option, so until my next build do this.

In index.php find:

Add above it:

eval('$navbar = "' . fetch_template('navbar') . '";');

Then you can add the $navbar call to the index template.

That's a lot more complex, I may put this in for a furture version or someone may do their own code here and release it.
