when members are logged out they can still see "the message" scrolling, is there a way that only logged in members can view? thanks

how do I make this ONLY work for CMPS hompage ? and not in the forums ?

I currently have it running everywhere in the forums and the homepage but would like it only on the homepage.

What version of firefox are you using...works with the latest version fine....also make sure you have java installed and scripts turned on in Firefox.
